*Please scan the help guide twice before operating on your tablet
A. Make sure the tablet is powered off when updating the firmware.
B. Make sure the upgrade package is stored in the TF card, not in the tablet.
C. DO NOT connect the computer while updating the firmware. The more battery left, the better.
2. How to choose the charger: official charger, branded charger or don’t need it.
The firmware doesn’t have limitations on using chargers. But charging effect varies among different chargers.
Different charger has different effects. Generally speaking, the charger which with more current flow will be better than the ones which have lower current flow. The miniusb charger which comws with 5V or 5.2V will be OK. The current flow should more than 800ma but less than 2000ma.
Please purchase the power adapter in the regular markets.
3 Dead pixel
The dead pixel is less after the Ainol adopts the LG IPS display. Some problems of the dead pixel is caused by the extrusion of the display and hardwares. Some player have disassembled the tablet and solve the problem by moving the hardware into the proper position. But for regular players, you are expected to send the devices back.
4.About the Android browser
Set the Android browser into iPad mode as the initial mode will crash sometime.
5. Why my Ainol Novo 7 Tornado can not recognize the SD card?
Have you ever ejected the device directly instead of waiting for the deive finishing the read-in? If yes, you are expected to format your SD card.
6. Why I can not play the online video after updated the flash?
The Flash on Amlogic is specialist hard decoding. The flash update is forbidden.
7.Why the Ainol Novo 7 Tornado does not show the correct rate of the electric?
The 0504 firmware has a problem of showing the right rate of remaining electric. After releasing the new firmware, this problem will be solved.
8.The touch screen is not work when playing some games.
For most majority of the games, the touch screen can work very well. If the touch screen can not work properly when playing some games, that means this game is imcompatible with your device. After updating the firmware, the problem may disappear.
9. 5 points capactity problem on Ainol Novo 7 Tornado
Currently the firmware on Tornado supports 2 points capacity touch screen. After the new firmware released, the 5 points touch screen can work on Ainol Novo 7 Tornado.
10.How to solve some unknown problems?
Updating the firmware or set the tablet to factory default. Setting – Privacy – Factory default
11.How to on my dead device?
Install the antivirus software will cause the dead of the Tornado. It’s unnecessary to install the antivirus software. Press the power key for 8 seconds to off the device.
